Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

When submitting an offer, it is mandatory to have completed templates with the technical characteristics of the proposed equipment and working drawings.
Important! The duration of installation work on 1 object is no more than 3 calendar days. Garbage removal from the facility from the supplied and installed equipment is carried out by the Supplier and is included in the cost of installation work.
Important! Delivery of equipment includes unloading and entering into the trading floor.
Important! Only complex commercial offers (covering all the positions of the competition: equipment, delivery, installation) are subject to consideration. Proposals for some positions are not subject to consideration.
Important! The approximate number of facilities for equipping the MA for 2023 is 100 facilities. The equipment for each object is ordered individually, based on the TPR and the characteristics of the trading floor, the area of the MA and other factors. It is planned to sign the specification in the form of a price list with a fixed price until 31.12.2023 inclusive.
Mandatory conditions for participants:
1. Payment terms - delay of 60 calendar days
2. The CA's consent to sign the standard form of the contract (in the attachment)
3. Availability of a certificate of conformity for each model of equipment
4. Fixing the price list with placing orders for each object until 31.12.2023 inclusive
5. Confirmation of the price when dividing the volume between several participants
6. The offer is valid for at least 60 calendar days

The bidder may repeatedly improve his price offer until the end of the submission of applications.
Only one legal entity can participate in the tender procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. Otherwise, it is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for the withdrawal from the competition of all affiliated participants.
