Determination of suppliers for the Call for Bidding of thermal curtains for small-format BO and RD facilities and operated retail facilities of JSC Tander, as well as for retail facilities of JSC Dixy for 2024
Comments: At this stage of the competition, the selection of Bidders is carried out according to the conformity of the products offered by the Bidders with the requirements of the Requirements Specification. According to the results of the Prequalification of Bidders, the list of contractual counterparties admitted to participate in the next stage of the competition – "closed competitive bidding process" on the B2B platform will be determined.
To participate in the Prequalification of Bidders, the Bidder must fill out and upload all the following files to the B2B site:
• questionnaires for each type of thermal curtains (the "Fill in" tab in each Requirements Specification). In case you can't offer any model of a thermal curtain, this information should be reflected in the questionnaire;
• Checklist (file attached to the site);
• Attach all documentation for the proposed equipment to the Commercial Proposal (see the Requirements Specification):
- Passport or other document indicating those. Equipment characteristics;
- General view drawing, indicating the dimensions;
- Product certificate in Russian.
Please note: When filling out the checklists at the stage of Prequalification of Bidders, do NOT enter prices!
The request for price offers is possible only at the Competitive bidding process stage among admitted Bidders based on the results of Prequalification of Bidders.
Participation is free of charge
E-Signature is not required
The Call for Bidding Bidder may repeatedly improve their price offers until the bid submission deadline.
Affiliated (related) persons cannot participate in the procurement procedure at the same time.
Otherwise is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for the withdrawal from participation in the procurement procedure of all affiliated Bidders

This request for proposals procedure is not an auction or a tender, does not fall under the scope of Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not entail legal obligations for the Customer to choose a supplier.

This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
