Mandatory conditions for Contractual counterparty:
1 Agency work experience of at least 3 years.
2 Positive experience in holding corporate events with the number of Bidders from 100 people (business conferences, sporting events, strategic sessions). Put down a portfolio
3 At least 3 letters of recommendation/feedback have been provided. Including the mandatory presence of one letter from a large or network company.
4 Provision of a personal manager with at least 3 years of continuous experience in the field of event management.
5 Signing of the standard form of the contract in the form of the customer, the signing of which in the proposed version is mandatory for cooperation.
6 Experience in organizing online events from 300 to 1000 people, at least 20 events per year.
7 Form of payment - non-cash form of payments, advance payment of 50% and post-payment of 50%, within 60 calendar days from the date of signing the primary documents (subject to the Supplier providing the Customer with the originals of the primary accounting documents correctly executed in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation (invoices, invoices, UPD)).
8 Experience in developing video content – presentation and reporting videos.
9 " Catering: catering, lunch, dinner/buffet
Willingness to organize meals, agreed to the established limits in the company: KB - 600r / person, lunch 1500r / person, dinner 3000 / person"
10 Ensure the presence of the contractor's team at the site on the day of the event from 2 people
11 The ability to make adjustments and corrections to layouts up to 5 edits for free.
12 Provide an extract from the tax
