Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Comments:
An application for participation in the trade procedure at the E-Marketplace of the B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru) must be submitted with an indication of the rate in rubles, while necessarily making an offer in the form of Appendix 1.
The form of the commercial offer is given in Appendix 1 to this commercial request. Applications submitted to the E-group of the B2B-Center group without a commercial offer filled in on the form (Appendix 1) will not be taken into account.
Essential conditions for participation:
1. Evaluation should be conducted using market and liquidation approaches in accordance with the relevant evaluation standards. The use, as well as the non-use of the specified valuation methods, should be reasoned by the Appraiser.
2. The sequence of determining the value of the Evaluation Object
In accordance with clause 16 of Federal Assessment Standard No. 1, the assessment should include the following steps:
- conclusion of a contract for the evaluation, including the assignment for the evaluation;
- collection and analysis of information necessary for the assessment;
- the use of assessment approaches, including the selection of assessment methods and the implementation of necessary calculations;
- coordination (generalization) of the results of applying the approaches to the assessment and determining the final value of the value of the Object of evaluation;
- compiling an evaluation report. The evaluation report is compiled as a document containing reliable evidentiary information, and is transmitted to the Customer.
3. The deadline for the submission of the evaluation report is within 10 (ten) working days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
4. Conclusion of a standard contract of PJSC "ChTPZ".
