Ranking of bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Dear participants!

Mandatory conditions for KA:
1 Method and terms of payment - post-payment, within 60 calendar days from the date of signing of CS2, CS3 (provided that the Supplier provides the Customer with the originals of the primary accounting documents (invoices, invoices, UPD) correctly executed in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation).
2 Unit prices are fixed, the amount of work can be adjusted upon completion of the work. Slab polymer insulation can be reused in its good condition, according to the result of the autopsy. The works identified as a result of the opening of the roof, but not taken into account in the TOR, are regarded according to the estimated standards of the company.
3 The contract is concluded with one GP for 1 lot.
4 The guarantee amount is 10% of the contract value is paid to the general contractor in two parts:
1 part - 5% on the 60th (sixtieth) banking day, from the date of signing by the parties of the act of acceptance of the facility for warranty operation, subject to the elimination of all comments specified in the Act of the Working Commission with the exception of "Seasonal" comments, as well as the elimination of comments identified by the Customer's Representatives during the execution of Works by the General Contractor, by transferring funds to the account of the General Contractor.
Part 2 - 5% in the period between the 360th and 365 th day from the date of signing by the parties of the act of acceptance of the object for warranty operation, by transferring funds to the account of the General Contractor (subject to the elimination by the General Contractor of "Seasonal" comments specified in the Act of the Working Commission, as well as other reasonable comments of the Customer to the results of the Work for which the General Contractor is responsible during the Warranty period).
5 The warranty period for completed construction and installation works is 24 months from the date of transfer of the results of the work to the Customer for warranty operation. For equipment and materials: in accordance with the warranty periods of the manufacturers, but not less than 24 months.
6 The deadline for the implementation of the CMP is no more than 2 months, specified by the results of the auction.
The schedule of work and all activities should be agreed with the Customer additionally.
7 The estimated start date of the project is 30.09.2023
8 The consent of the Spacecraft for the removal and disposal of construction debris resulting from construction and installation work
9 The type of activity of the organization must correspond to the declared lot.
10 Consent to the terms of the contract and the financing procedure.
11 The original Contract signed by the counterparty must be received by the Customer no later than 7 calendar days from the date of sending the specified document to the Contractor
12 Guarantee - according to the model contract (attach), unless otherwise specified in the TOR
13 KA's consent to the signing of the standard form of the contract (in the attachment)


Submission of price offers only in RUBLES.
Participation is free of charge
EDS is not required

The bidder may repeatedly improve his price offer until the end of the submission of applications.

Affiliated (related) persons cannot participate in the procurement procedure at the same time.
Otherwise, it is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for the withdrawal from participation in the procurement procedure of all affiliated participants
