Delivery terms:within 20 days from the moment of signing the contract. To the warehouse of the buyer including VAT and EMM. 4. After the end of trading in b2b-Mechel participants give sentence with the last price electronically at the e-mail: O.N.Savelieva@gmz.kuzbass.net or by fax (384-63) 5-04-19 during 1 (one) working day since the end of the submission of proposals. In the event of a breach of this requirement, all listings of such party may be rejected by the Procurement Commission without consideration of the merits.
