Comments: When placing an application for participation in the procurement procedure, we ask you to attach a technical and commercial proposal on a letterhead (optional specification in Excel format) containing the cost of the goods with VAT, the cost of transportation costs (if any), terms and time of delivery and payment; warranty obligations.
We also ask you to attach dealer agreements with the manufacturer (if any), certificates of conformity TR CU, and other technical documentation for the products.
Criteria for choosing the best offer: delivery time, cost, payment terms and contract according to the buyer's form, experience with the supplier.
If the application allows consideration of analogues, the proposed analogues must have characteristics no worse than those declared for the original; for the analogue, the name of the product is indicated in accordance with the specification, GOST, TU, if necessary, a technical description is attached. In case of offers of imported analogues, specify the country of the manufacturer (the analog description field).
All questions and requests for clarifications on the application must be placed in the "Clarifications" section of the ETP.
Please note that this request is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Art 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, art.1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the organizer and reserves the right to refuse all Proposals received for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.
