When applying for a procurement procedure, please be sure to attach a technical and commercial offer on letterhead (optional Excel specification) containing the cost goods with VAT, transport costs (if any), terms and time of delivery and payment; warranty obligations.
Also, please attach dealer agreements with the manufacturer (if any), TR TC Certificates of Compliance, and other technical documentation for the products.
Criteria for choosing the best offer: delivery time, cost, payment terms and contract on the form of the buyer, experience with the supplier.
All questions and requests for clarification on the application should be posted under the "Clarification" section of the ETP.
Please note that this request is not a notification of the holding of a competition (public competition) or public offer and is not regulated by Article 447-449 of the Russian Civil Code, Article 1057-1061 ts.2 of the Russian Civil Code.
