The bidder, together with the Customer's representative, must examine the objects of protection (according to the same type – TR, TSO, CPS, CD, Breeding farm, as well as separate units – UMPP, MPP, UZ, CPC, KKZ, ATP, office, warehouse) and issue a Certificate of inspection of the object (Appendix No. 1 to the TOR), fill out the calculation of calculations (Appendix No. 2) and only after that submit a commercial offer.
The participant of this trading procedure must necessarily provide the following documents:
1. Commercial offer in the form attached to the tender.
2. Companies that do not have experience working with Rusagro Group of Companies - a reference list for similar projects in the form attached to the tender.
3. A package of documents according to the mandatory list attached to the tender.
4. Participation in the tender means the participant's consent to sign the standard form of the Rusagro Group contract without making changes. The template of the standard form is attached to the tender.
In the absence of a complete package of documents, your application will not be considered!
We remind you that the price is the most significant, but not the only criterion for evaluating the offer.
