Payment terms:Payment for the Services is made by the Customer within 10 (ten) business days after the Customer receives the originals of the following documents:
- original invoice (UPD);
- original shipping document;
- certificate of services rendered;
- an invoice for payment.
Delivery terms:Destination: Big sea port of Saint Petersburg.

Reactor shaft equipment, Unit 3:
- Details of the embedded mines of the reactor - November 2021
Special conditions:
1. Providing the necessary information in accordance with Appendices No. 2 and No. 6 to the terms of reference. (TCH, estimate, etc.)
2. The time for loading, unloading is 2 working days, from the moment the machines arrive.
3. The drivers are citizens of the Russian Federation, with a valid passport.
4. The presence of a formalized permit for the transportation of KGT, in accordance with the request (without understating the dimensions).
5. It is necessary to indicate in the TCH: transit time on the way, validity of the offer, time required for preparation

Comments:
Request for proposals is not a type of bidding and does not fall under the regulation of Articles 447-449 of Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The notice is an invitation to suppliers to make offers to the organizer of the request for proposals.
The application for participation is an offer of a potential participant in the request for proposals. In this case, the organizer of the request for proposals does not have the obligation to conclude an agreement based on its results.
