LLC Gold Mining company "Mayskoye" " invites you to take part in the procurement procedure "Organization and implementation of the author's supervision of the reconstruction of the capital construction facility "Dam of the tailings dam. Tailings storage facilities. Reconstruction".
1. Detailed requirements for this project are reflected in the bid documentation:
- "Offer cards" form to fill out;
- terms of reference with applications;
- draft agreement with appendices;
- list of requirements for the composition of Commercial Proposals.
2. To participate in this procurement procedure, all tabs of the "Offer Card" form must be filled in.
3. Proposals submitted without the documentation specified in the list of requirements for the composition of the Commercial Proposal are not accepted for consideration.
4. The main criteria for choosing the best offer:
- compliance of the commercial offer with the requirements of the Requirements Specification;
- availability of the necessary documents in accordance with the Requirements Specification and bid documentation requirements;
- experience of similar work;
- terms and cost of work;
- agreement with the draft agreement;
- terms of payment;
- the quality of filling out bid documentation.
5. This request for proposal procedure is not a tender, a public tender and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449, 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
Thus, this offer request procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Customer.
6. The draft contract is not a public offer, however, its terms will be binding on the winner.
