Payment terms:- The payment term is 60 days upon the signing of the act of sale on the last day of the month of sale;
The remuneration of TNG-Group LLC for the sale amounts to 0.5 (zero point five tenths) percent of the value (including VAT) of goods purchased in the reporting month.
Delivery terms:Maintaining balances at the consignment warehouse of at least 0.5 million rubles. according to the approved storage rate

2. A copy of the Declaration on the VAT with certificate of filing by the tax authority.

4. Certificate of registration of legal entity with the tax authorities
5. Certificate of official dealer or partner of the manufacturer.
6. Certificate of no outstanding tax liability issued not earlier than 30 days before the submission date.

This request for proposals procedure is not a tender, and its conduct is not governed by Articles 447-449 of Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation
This procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
The Organizer has the right to refuse the proposals received for any reason or to terminate the request for quotations at any time without incurring any responsibility to the participants in the request for proposals.
