The remuneration of TNG-Group LLC for the sale amounts to 0.5 (zero point five percent) percent of the value (including VAT) of the goods purchased in the reporting month.

Organization of a consignment warehouse for the provision of spare parts for the Buran snowmobile in the city of Bugulma on the territory of the UGS LLC TNG-Group.

Organization of a consignment warehouse with an employee in the city of Bugulma RT in the territory of the UGS LLC "TNG-Group" within 30 days after signing the consignment agreement. 2. A copy of the Declaration on the VAT with certificate of filing by the tax authority.
3. Certificate of state registration of legal entity
4. Certificate of registration of legal entity with the tax authorities
5. Certificate of official dealer or partner of the manufacturer.
6. Certificate of no outstanding tax liability issued not earlier than 30 days before the submission date.
