Payment terms:- Payment term 60 days upon signing the sales certificate on the last day of the month of sale • Remuneration of TNG-Group LLC for sales is 0.5 (zero point five) percent of the cost (including VAT) of the goods purchased in the reporting month;
Delivery terms:Maintaining balances in the consignment warehouse at least 0.1 million rubles. according to the approved storage standard

Be sure to provide a commercial proposal. The priority in choosing the winner will be the minimum amount of the entire lot, but the Buyer reserves the right to choose any item at the minimum cost from any declared offer. Only original spare parts. Experience in performing similar works.
Documents required to conclude a contract:
1. Extract from the USRLE
2. A copy of the Declaration on the VAT with certificate of filing by the tax authority.
3. Certificate of state registration of legal entity
4. Certificate of registration of legal entity with the tax authorities
5. Certificate of the official dealer or partner of the manufacturer.
6. Certificate of no outstanding tax liability issued not earlier than 30 days before the submission date.

8. Financial statements for the last reporting period.
This RFP procedure is not a tender, and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449, Section 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation
This procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
The organizer has the right to refuse received offers for any reason or to terminate the request for quotation procedure at any time, without incurring any liability to the Participants of the request for proposals.
