Requirement:
The supply of material values will take place in stages, according to the production needs of the buyer. The consignment agreement fixes the cost per unit of production, but not the volume. Delivery time is up to 5 working days. Emergency delivery at the request of the Customer no more than 2 hours from the moment of receipt of the notification by e-mail. Monthly volume according to the TOR.
The cost of the products must be unchanged for the entire delivery period (written confirmation).The validity period of the supplier's offer is from December 2022 to December 2023.

The welding material must have an official distributor certificate for 2023, and so on. NAKS certificate.
All shipping, packaging and other costs must be included in the cost of the products.

1. Please ask all questions about the procedure using the ETP functionality (requests for clarification).
2. To their proposals in electronic form, the participants of this procedure MUST attach a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial proposal signed by an authorized person and stamped by the organization participating in this procedure (REQUIRED).
The validity period of the supplier's offer is at least 30 days.
3. The supplier of the products must be the manufacturer, or an official dealer of the manufacturer, or a distributor (the participant provides supporting documents simultaneously with the commercial offer).
4. The cost of the products must be unchanged for the entire delivery period (written confirmation).
5. Be sure to provide certificates and quality certificates, technical documentation.
