The customer pays for the TEU by bank transfer based on the invoice: import part of delivery - within 5 working days from the day of loading onto the ship in the port of India, the Russian part of delivery - within 5 days from the day of delivery of the cargo to the final destination, provided that the necessary documents for payment are provided.

The annual volume for the city of Nakhodka is 144 tons (the volume is approximate and can either be reduced or increased)
The annual lot volume for the city of Komsomolsk-on-Amur is 41 tons (the approximate volume can be either reduced or increased)
Characteristics of packages - IBC (plastic container in a metal crate); 120x100x116; without pallets; gross weight 1.2 tons, stacking is allowed. Temperature mode: from - 6˚С to 40˚С
The type of container for transporting cargo is a 20-foot standard (Dry). The option of sending to a 40-foot standard (Dry), depending on the volume of the batch.

Name of services - Lot No. 1. Organization of international cargo transportation along the route Atequiza, Jalisco, Mexico - Wrangel, Russia.
Lot number 2. Organization of international cargo transportation along the route Atequiza, Jalisco, Mexico - Komsomolsk-on-Amur, Russia.
The Forwarder undertakes to provide the Customer with TEU regarding the Customer’s cargo in accordance with the applications submitted by the Customer, and the Customer undertakes to accept and pay for the Forwarder provided TEU in the manner and amount established by the Agreement.
Type and content of services
- 1. Approval of the transport of dangerous goods along the delivery route on the basis of the documents provided below by the Customer (see Appendix No. 5, Appendix No. 6 in paragraph 26 of the "Appendix to TK"). Other documents for dangerous goods are not provided by the Customer.
2. TE services in the country of departure:
- supply of empty containers to the place of collection of cargo;
- acceptance of cargo at the place of collection of goods with verification by the forwarder (representative of the forwarder): type and integrity of cargo packaging, the availability and compliance of UL of each package with the documents provided, recounting of packages when loading the goods into the container with the compilation of a forwarding receipt (FCR) and a photo report;
- sealing containers;
- transportation of loaded containers from the fence to the port of shipment;
- loading containers with cargo on a liner (OTHC);
- other local and port charges.
3. Registration by the forwarding agent (representative of the forwarding agent) of a photo report on the loading of cargo into containers. The photo report must contain at least 7 photos per container: closed container doors with container number; locking devices and rubber seals; container inside before loading; beginning to load; the end of the packing; packing list in packages; fastening of cargo places; seal number (ZPU).
4. Sea transportation of containers with cargo from the port of shipment to the port of transshipment (freight).
5. Unloading containers with cargo at the port of transshipment (DTHC).
6. Terminal services at the port of transshipment (delivery of loaded containers, transfer at the port with loading onto adjacent vehicles).
7. Automobile transportation of containers with cargo from a transshipment port to a destination, including: fare, fare on federal highways (fees of the Platon system).
8. Return empty containers to the port, including unloading from a car.

1. Cost of transportation services in Mexico.

8. Conditions for the use of containers in the port of Vladivostok / Vostochny: the moment of beginning and ending the use of containers, the normative period of use and rates for excessive use.
9. Delivery time.
10. Name of the sea line (import).
11. The validity period of the commercial proposal (indicate the maximum possible validity period of the commercial proposal). In case of changes in direct carrier tariffs, it is necessary to provide an official letter with a notification letter from the line / port / trucker signed and stamped.
In the offer, provide bids for 1 container of each type.
Be sure to specify the VAT rate (20%, 0%, excluding VAT).
Annex 1. Filled by the forwarder. It is an integral part of the Forwarder's Commercial offer. Responsibility for completing and correct calculations (according to formulas) is borne by the forwarder.
Appendix 2 Proforma of the Contract of Feasibility Study The freight forwarder needs to consider the template of the Customer’s Agreement and inform about the consent to sign it as amended by the Customer or draw up a Protocol of disagreement and submit it to the Customer simultaneously with the CP.
Appendix 3 The list of documents for checking the counterparty in the Customer’s security service. The forwarder provides the Customer with a package of documents in accordance with Appendix 3 simultaneously with the CP.
Note: the documents noted in Appendices No. 2-3 are provided by the Forwarder in the absence of a feasibility study agreement between the Customer and the Forwarder.
Marketing is conducted on the B2B electronic platform.
Commercial offers (KP) from marketing participants are accepted only on the electronic B2B site.
Not accepted for consideration:
- KP provided not in accordance with the ToR of the Customer,
- KP without Appendix No. 1 in a tabular form, without printing, without a participant’s signature.
- KP with errors in calculations (formulas) in Appendix No. 1. Such KP are estimated as understating rates.
Bidders providing a commercial offer not in accordance with the requirements of the Customer’s requirements are excluded from marketing due to unfair competition.
If the mistakes are repeated, the forwarder's company will be blacklisted.

This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
