Forwarder undertakes to provide the customer with the consumer goods in accordance with the requests submitted by the customer and the customer undertakes to accept and pay the freight forwarder in the manner and amount established by the agreement. "
Type and content of services-
1. Coordination of transportation of dangerous goods on the route of delivery on the basis of the following documents provided by the customer:
A) SDS-SAFETY DATA SHEET from 25.03.2014-in English;
b) data on the safety of substances from 24.04.2017-in Russian language;
b) Certificate for packaging-CERTIFICATION/TEST REPORT from 21.06.2016-in English;
d) package Design certificate-UN-Design CERTIFICATION-in English.
Other documents for dangerous goods are not provided by the customer.
2. Local services in Mexico:
- Delivery of empty containers of the shipping carrier to the shipper's warehouse at the address-Km. 40 Carretera Guadalajara – La Barca Atequiza, Jalisco. C.P. 45860, United Mexican States;
- Sealing of containers;
- Transportation of loaded containers from the warehouse of the shipper to the port of shipment;
- Registration of transport documents, including a bill of lading;
- Loading of containers on a linear vessel (OTHC);
- Other local and port charges.
3. Registration of the Freight forwarder (representative of the forwarder) of the photo report on loading of cargo in containers. The photo report should contain at least 6 photos for each container with fixation: Inside the container; start of cargo laying; end of packing; Cargo fastening; Seal number (ZPU); Container doors with № container.
4. Recalculation by the forwarder (representative of the freight forwarder) of cargo places when loading the cargo in the container with the preparation of the forwarding receipt (FCR).
5. Sea transportation of containers from the port of departure in Mexico to the port of Vostochny, RF (freight).
6. Unloading of containers with cargo in the port of Transshipment (DTHC).
7. "Warehouse closing" in transshipment port.
8. Automobile transportation of containers Port Vostochny – Komsomolsk, including: Loading the container on the car.
9. Return of empty containers in the line to the port of Vostochny, including unloading of the container with the car.

In the commercial offer rates provide for 1x20 feet. Container and the total amount of the main costs. It is obligatory to specify the VAT rate (20%, 0%, without VAT).
Annex 1. Filled by the forwarder. It is an integral part of the freight forwarding proposal. Responsibility for filling and correctness of calculations (on formulas)-carries forwarder.

Bidders who provide KP not in accordance with the requirements of the customer's TK are excluded from marketing due to unfair competition.
