Forwarder undertakes to provide the customer with the consumer goods in accordance with the requests submitted by the customer and the customer undertakes to accept and pay the freight forwarder in the manner and amount established by the agreement.
23. Type and content of services
1st variant of Transportation: Import with customs clearance in the port of Vladivostok
1. Local services in China:
- Supply of empty containers of the sea carrier to the supplier's warehouse at the seaport of Qingdao;
- Sealing of containers;
- Transfer of loaded containers from the supplier's warehouse to the shipping terminal;
- Loading of containers on a linear vessel (OTHC);
- Registration of Bill of lading;
- Other local and port charges.
2. Registration of the Freight forwarder (representative of the forwarder) of the photo report on loading of cargo in containers. The photo report should contain at least 6 photos for each container with fixation: Inside the container; start of cargo laying; end of packing; Cargo fastening; Seal number (ZPU); Container doors with № container.
3. Recalculation by the forwarder (representative of the freight forwarder) of cargo places when loading the cargo in the container with the preparation of the forwarding receipt (FCR).
4. Sea transportation of containers port of Qingdao – Port of Vladivostok (freight).
5. "Warehouse closing" in transshipment port.
6. Sea transportation of containers Port of Vladivostok – Port of Magadan, including: Loading on a vessel, payment of freight, unloading in port Magadan.

2nd variant of Transportation: Import with customs clearance at the port of Magadan (transit)
1. Local services in China:
