1. Local services in Australia:
- Delivery of empty containers of the sea carrier to the warehouse of the shipper at Maud St. Waratah, NSW Australia 2298-railway transport;

- Railway transportation of loaded containers from the warehouse of the shipper to the port of shipment;
- Loading of containers on a linear vessel (OTHC);
- Registration of Bill of lading;

2. Registration of the Freight forwarder (representative of the forwarder) of the photo report on loading of cargo in containers. The photo report should contain at least 6 photos for each container with fixation: Inside the container; start of cargo laying; end of packing; Cargo fastening; Seal number (ZPU); Container doors with № container.
3. Recalculation by the forwarder (representative of the freight forwarder) of cargo places when loading the cargo in the container with the preparation of the forwarding receipt (FCR).
4. Sea transportation of containers Port Sydney – Vladivostok/Vostochny port (freight).
5. Unloading of containers with cargo in the port of Transshipment (DTHC).
6. "Warehouse closing" at the transshipment port.

In the commercial offer rates provide for 1x20 feet. Container and the total amount of the main costs. It is obligatory to specify the VAT rate (20%, 0%, without VAT).
Payment terms and conditions-the customer pays the TEU by means of a non-cash settlement on the basis of the invoice in the amount of 100% of the cost of the TEU within 5 working days, from the day of loading to the vessel when providing the necessary documents for payment.
Responsibility and obligations of the forwarder and the customer-for failure or improper performance of their obligations under the Agreement, the Parties shall be liable in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.

Annexes to the technical specification-Appendix 1. Filled by the forwarder. It is an integral part of the freight forwarding proposal. Responsibility for filling and correctness of calculations (on formulas)-carries forwarder.
Notes to the Technical Specification-"marketing is carried out on the B2B electronic platform.
Commercial offers (KP) from marketing participants are accepted only on the B2B electronic platform.
Not accepted for consideration:
- provided not in accordance with the customer's TK, the
- KP without application № 1 in tabular form, without printing, without the signature of the participant.
- The CP with errors in calculations (formulas) in Appendix № 1. Such IPs are estimated as underbidding.
Bidders who provide KP not in accordance with the requirements of the customer's TK are excluded from marketing due to unfair competition.
