The Freight Forwarder undertakes to provide the Customer with a TEU in respect of the Customer's goods in accordance with the applications submitted by the Customer, and the Customer undertakes to accept and pay the Forwarder the TEU provided in the manner and amount established by the Agreement. "

Attachment 1. To be completed by the forwarder. Is an integral part of the Forwarder's Commercial Offer. The freight forwarder is responsible for filling out and correct calculations (according to the formulas).
Appendix 2. Proforma of the Feasibility Study Agreement of the Customer. The forwarder needs to consider the template of the Customer's Agreement and inform about the consent to sign in the Customer's edition or draw up the Protocol of Disagreements and provide it to the Customer simultaneously with the commercial proposal.
Appendix 3. Application form. The forwarder needs to consider the application form and inform about the consent to sign the Application in the version of the Customer, or draw up the Protocol of Disagreements and send it to the Customer simultaneously with the commercial proposal.
Appendix 4. The list of documents for checking the counterparty in the Customer's security service. The forwarder provides the Customer with a package of documents simultaneously with the commercial proposal.
Note: the documents noted in Appendices No. 2-4 are provided by the Forwarder in the absence of a concluded feasibility study agreement between the Customer and the Forwarder.
