Payment terms:The customer pays for the TEU by bank transfer based on the invoice: import part of delivery - within 5 business days from the day of loading onto the ship in the port of Busan, Russian part of delivery - from the day of delivery of the cargo to the final destination port of Magadan, Russia, provided that the necessary documents for payment are provided.

The annual volume of cargo is 2080 tons (approximate volume and can be either reduced or increased)

Name of services - Organization of international cargo transportation along the route port Busan, South Korea - port Magadan, RF.
The Forwarder undertakes to provide the Customer with TEU regarding the Customer’s cargo in accordance with the Applications submitted by the Customer, and the Customer undertakes to accept and pay for the TEU provided to the Forwarder in the manner and amount established by the Agreement.

Type and content of services:
1. TE services in the country of departure:
- delivery of empty containers of the sea carrier to the place of collection of cargo;
- acceptance of goods at the place of collection of goods with verification by the forwarder (representative of the forwarder): type and integrity of cargo packaging, the presence and conformity of the labeling of each package with documents provided by the Customer, with the recounting of packages when loading the goods in a container with the preparation of a forwarding receipt (FCR) and a photo report.
- sealing containers;
- moving loaded containers from the place of picking up cargo to the terminal of shipment;
- loading containers with cargo on a liner (OTHC);
- drawing up a bill of lading;
- other local and port charges.
2. Registration by the forwarding agent (representative of the forwarding agent) of a photo report on loading cargo into containers. The photo report must contain at least 7 photos per container: closed container doors with container no., locking devices and rubber seals; container inside before loading; beginning to load; the end of the packing; packing list in packages at the front door (placement towards the door); fastening of packages at container doors; seal number (ZPU).
3. Sea transportation of containers with cargo from the port of shipment to the port of first shipping (freight).
4. Unloading containers with cargo at the port of transshipment (DTHC).
5. Receiving and transmitting documents for maintenance
6. Terminal services at the port of transshipment (delivery of loaded containers, transfer at the port with loading on a coaster).
7. Sea transportation of containers with cargo from the port of transshipment to the port of destination, including: freight, unloading in the port of Magadan.
8. Return empty containers to the line.

Comments:
Indicate the following information in the offer:
1. The cost of local fees at the port of Busan.
2. The cost of compiling FCR and photo report on the cargo.
3. The cost of shipping a loaded container from the port of loading onto a ship to the port of Vostochny / Vladivostok, including freight, loading and unloading of containers in ports.
4. The cost of terminal services in the port of Vostochny / Vladivostok (container dispatch, moving with loading on a coaster).
5. The cost of sea transportation of a loaded container East / Vladivostok - Magadan, including freight, unloading containers in the port of Magadan.
6. The standard shelf life for containers in the port of Vostochny / Vladivostok and rates for excess shelf life.
7. Conditions for the use of containers in the ports of Vostochny / Vladivostok and Magadan: the moment of beginning and ending the use of containers, the standard period of use and rates for excessive use, be sure to indicate the place of delivery of empty containers.
8. Delivery time to m / v Vostochny / Vladivostok and m / p Magadan.
9. Name of the sea line (import and RF).
10. KP validity period (indicate the maximum possible KP validity period in accordance with the transportation schedule). In case of a change in direct carrier tariffs, an official letter must be provided with a notification letter from the line / port signed and stamped.

In a quotation, provide bids for 1x20 feet. container and the total amount of the main costs. Be sure to specify the VAT rate (20%, 0%, excluding VAT).

Annex 1. Filled by the forwarder. It is an integral part of the Forwarder's Commercial offer. Responsibility for completing and correct calculations (according to formulas) is borne by the forwarder.
Appendix 2 Proforma of the Contract of Feasibility Study The freight forwarder needs to consider the template of the Customer’s Agreement and inform about the consent to sign it as amended by the Customer or draw up a Protocol of disagreement and submit it to the Customer simultaneously with the CP.
Appendix 3 The list of documents for checking the counterparty in the Customer’s security service. The forwarder provides the Customer with a package of documents in accordance with Appendix 3 simultaneously with the CP.
Appendix 4. Application form. The freight forwarder needs to consider the application form and inform about the consent to sign in the editorial office of the Customer or draw up the Protocol of disagreements and send it to the Customer simultaneously with the CP.
Note: the documents noted in Appendices No. 2-3 are provided by the Forwarder in the absence of a feasibility study agreement between the Customer and the Forwarder.

Marketing is conducted on the B2B electronic platform.
Commercial offers (KP) from marketing participants are accepted only on the electronic B2B site.
Not accepted for consideration:
- KP provided not in accordance with the ToR of the Customer,
- KP without Appendix No. 1 in a tabular form, without printing, without a participant’s signature.
- KP with errors in calculations (formulas) in Appendix No. 1. Such KP are estimated as understating rates.
Bidders providing a commercial offer not in accordance with the requirements of the Customer’s requirements are excluded from marketing due to unfair competition.
If the mistakes are repeated, the forwarder's company will be blacklisted.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
