Type of service - Freight forwarding services (hereinafter referred to as "TEU")
The name of the service is "Organization of international transportation of goods along the route Busan, South Korea - Magadan.
The Forwarder shall provide the Customer with TEU regarding the Customer’s cargo in accordance with the applications submitted by the Customer, and the Customer shall accept and pay for the Forwarder provided TEU in the manner and amount established by the Agreement. "
Type and content of services -
1. Local services at the port of Busan, Republic of Korea:
- delivery of empty containers of the sea carrier to the Supplier’s warehouse in the seaport of Busan;
- sealing containers;
- moving loaded containers from the supplier’s warehouse to the shipment terminal;
- loading containers onto a liner (OTHC);
- drawing up a bill of lading;
- other local and port charges.
2. Registration by the forwarding agent (representative of the forwarding agent) of a photo report on loading cargo into containers. The photo report must contain a minimum of 6 photos per container with fixation: the inside of the container; the beginning of the loading; the end of the packing; load fastening; seal number (ZPU); container doors with container no.
3. Recalculation of freight places by the forwarder (representative of the forwarder) when loading the goods into the container, checking the labeling, packaging of the goods with the compilation of the forwarding receipt (FCR).
4. Sea transportation of containers Port Busan - Port Vladivostok (freight).
5. Unloading containers with cargo at the port of transshipment (DTHC).
6. Receiving and transmitting documents for maintenance
7. "Closing the warehouse" at the port of transshipment (container dispatch, moving with loading on a coaster).
8. Sea transportation of containers Vladivostok port - Magadan port, including: loading onto a ship, payment of freight, unloading at the port of Magadan.
9. Return empty containers to the line.
The procedure for the provision of KP - "In the offer, indicate the following information (on delivery options):
1. The cost of local fees at the port of Busan.
2. The cost of compiling a photo report on the cargo.
3. Busan - Vladivostok freight cost, including unloading.
4. Cost of services for "closing the warehouse" in the port of Vladivostok (container dispatch, moving with loading on a coaster).
5. The cost of transportation of a loaded container Vladivostok - Magadan.
6. The standard shelf life for containers in the port of Vladivostok and rates for excess storage periods.
7. Conditions for using containers in the ports of Vladivostok and Magadan: rates for excessive use, be sure to indicate the port of delivery of empty containers.
8. KP validity period (indicate the maximum possible KP validity period in accordance with the transportation schedule).
9. The delivery time to Vladivostok and Magadan.
10. The name of the sea line. "
In the quotation, provide bids for 1x20 ft. container and the total amount of the main costs. Be sure to specify the VAT rate (20%, 0%, excluding VAT).
Comments: The marketing participant must complete Appendix 1, which will be an integral part of the Commercial offer. Responsibility for completing and correct calculations (according to formulas) is borne by the forwarder.
