Comments: In this event, contractors are selected who confirm their readiness to perform work according to the subject of the request. Participants need:
1) fill in the Application Form (Appendix No. 01) and the Statement of Compliance with Qualification Requirements (Appendix No. 02) and submit them in electronic (XLS) and signed form (PDF), supplementing with supporting documents specified in Appendix No. 02.
2) fill out the financial reporting form (Appendix No. 08) for the last three reporting years and submit it only in electronic form (XLS).
3) fill in Appendix No. 04 with initial prices for the whole range of works and provide it only in electronic form (XLS).
4) give an answer to the letter on the transition to EDI (Appendix No. 10).
