Comments: In this event, contractors are selected who will confirm their readiness to perform work according to the subject of the request. All the necessary information and requirements are set out in the Instructions to the participant of the PCO and its appendices. PJSC VimpelCom reserves the right to determine the winners on the basis of:
1) Results of compliance with Qualification requirements
2) Financial stability assessment results
3) The results of the assessment of the corporate security unit for the presence/absence of interaction risks.
Participants need to:
1) fill out the Questionnaire (Appendix No. 1) and the Application for Compliance with the qualification requirements (Appendix No. 2) and submit them in electronic (XLS) and signed form (PDF), supplemented with supporting documents specified in Appendix No. 2.
2) Fill out the financial reporting form (Appendix No. 10) for the last three reporting years and submit it only in electronic form (XLS).
3) fill out Appendix No. 4 with primary prices for the entire range of works and provide it only in electronic form (XLS).
