The participant of the procedure, recognized as the winner, is obliged, within 5 (five) days from the date of completion of the request for proposals, to open a settlement account with JSCB Lanta-Bank (JSC) for the purpose of making payments under the contract, in relation to which the request for proposals was concluded "

The procurement participant must attach a commercial proposal with the signature of the responsible person and on the letterhead, quality certificate and certificate of conformity, the official dealer agreement, a signed copy of the questionnaire and constituent documents (the list of necessary documents is specified in Appendix No. 3).
The price offer submitted through the ETP functionality must match the price in the offer.
