Payment terms:
Within 10 working days from the date of delivery of the goods, subject to the provision of the necessary documents for payment (bill of lading, account). For long distances (more than 3000 km), by agreement, a partial prepayment of not more than 30% of the transportation amount is possible.
Delivery terms:
1. the organization of the supply of rolling stock (hereinafter - PS) to the place of collection of goods in St. Petersburg and the LO, Moscow and Moscow Region, Vologda / Cherepovets, Yekaterinburg / Krasnoturinsk, Novosibirsk / Kemerovo / Novokuznetsk;
2. Providing data on drivers and car mines for 1 (one) business day before shipment;
3. PS should be selected so that the load on the axis of the PS does not exceed the permissible; in case of PS mismatch and axle load exceeding, PS must be replaced. The costs of reloading and replacing the PS at the expense of the carrier.
4. Cargo receipt, control of loading on vehicles;
5. Cargo securing on vehicles in accordance with the instructions of the Customer;
6. Drawing up a photo report during the loading process and after securing the cargo on vehicles;
7. Execution of documents:
- the driver must sign the Supplier’s documents;
- filling in the consignment note (TN), the TN form is provided by the Customer;
8. Automobile delivery of cargo to the destination;
9. Daily submission of a report on vehicle tracking (screenshot of GPS / Glonass tracker);
10. Compliance with the delivery dates indicated in the commercial proposal;

Comments: Indicate the following information in the offer:
