Payment terms:The customer pays for the TEU by bank transfer on the basis of the invoice issued within 5 business days from the date of shipment of containers with cargo by rail, provided that the necessary documents for payment are provided.

Annual volume - 1400 tons (Estimated volume and can either be reduced or increased)
Cargo Container Type - 20ft Standard (Dry) and 40ft High Cube (HC)
Container ownership - a leased (returnable) carrier (SOS), but the option of sending it in your own containers is possible (if there is a shortage of leased containers or the needs of the Customer)
Loading in one container:
In 1 * 20 Dry loading from 16 to 24 tons. In 1 * 40HC loading from 15 to 19 tons (bulk cargo).
The number of containers of pieces 35 * 20 Dry and 40 * 40HC (The volume is approximate and can be either reduced or increased)

Type of service - Freight forwarding services (hereinafter referred to as "TEU")
The name of the service is "Lot No. 1. Organization of transportation of goods in containers along the route: Novokuznetsk - port of Magadan.
Lot number 2. Organization of transportation of goods in containers along the route: Kemerovo - the port of Magadan.
The Forwarder shall provide the Customer with TEU regarding the Customer’s cargo in accordance with the applications submitted by the Customer, and the Customer shall accept and pay for the Forwarder provided TEU in the manner and amount established by the Agreement. "
The list of required services is "1. Option 1 (for rented containers):
- organization of supply of rolling stock (hereinafter - PS) with an empty carrier container to the place of cargo pick-up;
Option 2 (for own containers):
- obtaining empty own containers at a warehouse in Novosibirsk;
- organization of supply of rolling stock with an empty container to the place of collection of cargo;
2. Providing data on drivers and cars for 1 (one) business day before shipment;
3. PS should be selected so that the load on the axis of the PS does not exceed the permissible; in case of PS mismatch and axle load exceeding, PS must be replaced. Costs for reloading and replacing substations at the expense of the carrier;
4. Receipt of cargo, control of loading and securing cargo in containers.
5. Organization of a photo report when loading cargo into containers at the Supplier’s Warehouse;
6. Sealing containers in the presence of the supplier with entering the seal number in the transport documents, the seal is provided by the Forwarder;
7. Paperwork:
- the driver must sign the Supplier’s documents;
- filling in the consignment note (TN), the TN form is provided by the Customer;
8. Automobile delivery of containers with cargo to the station of departure;
9. Shipment of containers with cargo to PSZhVS in the port of Magadan, including:
- providing instructions for returning empty containers;
- cargo reception in containers at the departure station and paperwork;
- sending containers from the departure station at the details specified in clause 8 of the statement of work. ETSNG / GNG cargo code 411155 - "products from ferrous metals for industrial purposes, not named in the alphabet";
- adherence to delivery dates (not more than 45 days) specified in the CP and control of the timely dispatch of containers in the train;
- provision of train timetables and container deployment at the request of the Customer.

Indicate the following information in the offer:
1. The cost of transportation for 1 * 20 Dry rented and own container, taking into account all costs for Lot No. 1 and Lot No. 2 including VAT;
2. The cost of transportation for 1 * 40HC rented and own container, taking into account all costs for Lot No. 1, including VAT;
3. The standard time for loading vehicles, the amount of the penalty for downtime;
4. Name, code of departure station;
5. Owner of containers (for leased);
6. Name of the sea line;
7. Delivery time to the destination;
8. Standard time for using the container, rate for excessive use of the container;
9. Validity period of the commercial proposal. When changing tariffs, it is necessary to provide a notification from the direct carrier (Fesco, Sasco, Transcontainer, etc.) signed and stamped.

Annex 1. Filled by the forwarder. It is an integral part of the Forwarder's Commercial offer. Responsibility for completing and correct calculations (according to formulas) is borne by the forwarder.
Appendix 2 Proforma of the Contract of Feasibility Study The freight forwarder needs to consider the template of the Customer’s Agreement and inform about the consent to sign it as amended by the Customer or draw up a Protocol of disagreement and submit it to the Customer simultaneously with the CP.
Appendix 3 The list of documents for checking the counterparty in the Customer’s security service. The forwarder provides the Customer with a package of documents in accordance with Appendix 3 simultaneously with the CP.
Appendix 4. Application form. The freight forwarder needs to consider the application form and inform about the consent to sign in the editorial office of the Customer or draw up the Protocol of disagreements and send it to the Customer simultaneously with the CP.
Note: the documents noted in Appendices No. 2-3 are provided by the Forwarder in the absence of a feasibility study agreement between the Customer and the Forwarder.

Marketing is conducted on the B2B electronic platform.
Commercial offers (KP) from marketing participants are accepted only on the electronic B2B site.
Not accepted for consideration:
- KP provided not in accordance with the ToR of the Customer,
- KP without Appendix No. 1 in a tabular form, without printing, without a participant’s signature.
- KP with errors in calculations (formulas) in Appendix No. 1. Such KP are estimated as understating rates.
Bidders providing a commercial offer not in accordance with the requirements of the Customer’s requirements are excluded from marketing due to unfair competition.
If the mistakes are repeated, the forwarder's company will be blacklisted.
