Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:The customer pays for the TEU by bank transfer on the basis of the invoice issued within 10 business days from the date of shipment of containers with cargo by rail, subject to the provision of the necessary documents for payment (bill of lading, railway receipt, invoice).
Delivery terms:1. Submission of vehicles to the supplier’s warehouse to receive loaded containers. Possibilities of a warehouse to ship 1 * 40 container per day.
2. Container sealing
3. Paperwork.
4. Automobile delivery of containers with cargo to the station of departure;
5. Shipment of containers with cargo to the destination according to the details, in accordance with the Customer's Applications;
- adherence to the delivery dates specified in the KP and control of the timely dispatch of containers by rail;
- provision of train timetables and container deployment at the request of the Customer.

- Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), Megino-Kangalassky ulus, Nizhny Bestyakh
Comments:
Commercial offers (KP) from marketing participants are accepted on the B2B electronic platform.
Not accepted for consideration:
- KP provided not in accordance with the ToR of the Customer,
- KP without Appendix No. 1 in a tabular form, without printing, without a participant’s signature.
- KP with errors in calculations (formulas) in Appendix No. 1. Such KP are estimated as understating rates.
Bidders providing a commercial offer not in accordance with the requirements of the Customer’s requirements are excluded from marketing due to unfair competition.
When repeating mistakes - the forwarder's company will be blacklisted
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
