Ranking of bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:Payment for transportation is made monthly, within 10 calendar days from the date of receipt of the invoice from the Carrier.
The participant can make an alternative proposal to improve the payment conditions.
Delivery terms:Services are rendered daily, during the entire period of the contract, in accordance with the terms of reference Appendix No. 3 and Appendix No. 4.
The provision of vehicles is carried out on the basis of the approved transportation schedule, signed by an authorized person of the Customer.
