Auto-extension

Comments:
1. More detailed information about the request is set out in the procurement documentation, the procedure is divided into lots, the proposal can be submitted both for a separate lot and for the whole complex of works (preferably for the complex).
2. Proposals will not be accepted without documentation loaded: commercial applications, calculations, completed forms
3. Criteria for choosing the best offer: availability of own resources, availability of necessary documents for conducting activities. quality, terms of work, cost, terms of payment, experience and reputation of the company in the market.
4. This RFP procedure is not a tender and its conduct is not governed by Articles 447-449 of Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
5. This procedure is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061 of Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer
6. The attached Contract is not a public offer, however the terms of the Contract will be binding for the winner of the bidding.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
