1. Arrangement of well No. 1 bis in accordance with SP 31.13330.2021 When calculating the cost of performing the work, except for the drilling itself, the installation of the siege column and the filter device, it is necessary to take into account the cost of the following works, equipment and materials (the purchase of materials and equipment is the responsibility of the Contractor and should be included in the total cost of the work):

 installation of the pump unit;
 mounting the headband;
 installation of a static and dynamic water level meter;
 installation of the instrumentation cabinet.
Documentation on the results of the work
1. The project of drilling production well No. 1 bis on the Oka-Tarus aquifer.
2. The project of liquidation grouting of the existing emergency well No. 1.
3. Passport and registration card for the drilled well with registration of the well in the state water register.
4. The act of grouting the emergency well No. 1, with the removal of the well from the register in the state water register.
5. License for the geological study and extraction of groundwater for the projected well No. 1 bis.
6. License TUL 80768 VE for the right to use subsoil for the extraction of drinking groundwater for the drinking water supply of the recreation center "Metallurg" with amendments and additions to the license after drilling well No. 1 bis with the volume of groundwater extraction up to 100 m3 per day.
7. The project of sanitary protection zones (ZSO) after drilling well No. 1 bis.
8. A positive conclusion of the sanitary and epidemiological expertise on the ZSO project on the drilling of well No. 1 bis.
