Restriction on submission of a bid higher than previously submitted
Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment of works upon signing of KP-1, KS-2, materials for installation are provided to the contractor, in addition to materials necessary for fixing equipment and components of the cable system.
Delivery terms:Installation is carried out by the contractor's forces at the facility.
Overhead and travel costs are included in the installation price.

This RFP procedure does not constitute an auction or request for tenders, and is not subject to the Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, and does not imply the Customer's legal obligations to choose the supplier.

At the conclusion of the contract, the following documents must be provided:
- Charter (as amended),
- Certificate of State Registration of a Legal Entity or Certificate of Registration of a Legal Entity registered before July 1, 2002. ,
- Certificate of registration with the tax authority,
Power of attorney (if the signatory is not the head of the legal entity)
