The Bidder must provide:
1) A completed Offer Card (in the Requirements Specification).
2) A set of constituent documents of the company.
3) A set of documents for submission to Rosprirodnazor (RPN).
The offer card is filled in by the marketing Bidder, sent in .pdf format (stamped and signed) and .xlsx (filled, unsigned).
The following Commercial Proposals are not accepted for consideration:
- provided not in accordance with the Customer's Requirements Specification;
- without a Card-an offer in tabular form, without printing, without the Bidder's signature;
- with errors in calculations (formulas) in the Map-offer.
Bidders who provide Commercial Proposals not in accordance with the requirements of the Customer's Requirements Specification are excluded from the tender due to unfair competition. |
