Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:postponement of 30 calendar days
Delivery terms:Participants of the tender on the basis of the technical specifications prepare a commercial offer and provide to the Customer. According to the results of the end of the auction, the winner of the tender (performer) starts execution of the order.
The Contractor provides at the expense of its own forces and means the delivery of personnel.

Comments:
The contract will be concluded with JSC "Agrofirma Doronichi" exclusively in the form of the contract of the customer.

At the conclusion of the contract, it will be necessary to provide a complete list of documents stated in the file "List of documents for the conclusion of the contract"

Please attach the KP indicating the validity period of the offered prices.

The decision to purchase is made after verification of the full package of documents of the counterparty.

This RFP procedure does not constitute an auction or request for tenders, and is not subject to the Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, and does not imply the Customer's legal obligations to choose the supplier.
