Payment terms:The amount of the advance from the cost of the upcoming monthly amount of work / services is not more than: 0%.
Settlements under the Contract are made by the Customer by transferring funds to the Contractor's current account / Contractor on the first working Tuesday or Thursday (whichever comes first) after 15-60 calendar days from the date of signing by both parties of the UPD, or the Act of work performed, services rendered (Form no.H-A4), subject to the timely submission of the invoice. The term of payment under the contract is determined by the Bidder independently from the specified range and is established in the Contract concluded with him.
The decision on the selection of the winner will be made on the most favorable terms for PJSC Tatneft using a financial calculator. All lots are supported by small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). If the difference between the best offer and the offer of the SME entity is not more than 10%, then the SME entity is determined as the winner
