Auto-extension

Payment terms:Prices must be indicated in rubles incl. VAT 18% and transportation costs for the delivery of products to the buyer's warehouse. Fixed price cannot be changed during the term of the agreement.
Form of payment is cashless payments (transfer to the bank account of the provider);
Terms of payment-100% payment deferral to 20 days after delivery of the goods to the buyer's warehouse
Delivery terms:The supplied products shall be delivered by the supplier to the buyer's warehouse. The price includes all costs of packaging and delivery to the address of the customer.
Delivery date is the date of transfer of the goods to the buyer at the time of signing the call tag (TORG -12) in stock.

Warranty and warranty in accordance with the regulations of the manufacturer.

* Term of manufacturing of the products must not exceed 12 months prior to the date of delivery.
* Packaging and labelling of office equipment (components) shall contain:
- holograms, security seals, stamps that contain all the security features against forgery (microtext, changeable angle of color logo, etc.);
- lot number on the box and on the Office equipment/consumables must match;
- Housing Office equipment/consumables should not have scuffs, scratches, chips and tampering;
* Products must be original.
* Products shall be delivered in their original packaging, ensuring safety and security of transportation of its quality during the warranty period of storage.
To avoid confusion when returning the delivered products, the winner is obliged to mark each package your logo or its seal.
This request for proposals is not a bid (competition, auction) or public competition pursuant to articles 447-449 of the first part and articles 1057-1061, part two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, and does not impose on the customer the obligations prescribed in the articles of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
The organizer reserves the right to change the notice on holding the request for proposals and documentation on request for proposals at any time prior to the expiration of the deadline to participate in the request for proposals, as well as to dispense with the Request proposals at any time before announcing its results.
Carrying out request for proposals does not impose on the customer to contract based on the results of the request for proposals.
