Delivery terms:
Transportation costs are included in the cost of products on the terms of the DDP delivery basis-Kogalym, the base of the BPO of LUKOIL-AIK LLC 174 km of the Surgut-Novy Urengoy highway (The diagram is attached) or to the TC terminal in Kogalym.
Delivery of products is carried out at a time, or in separate batches, issued by the relevant accounting documents.

4. The criteria for evaluating the proposals will be:
- Meeting all the stated requirements;
- Offer price;
- Participant status (manufacturer, dealer);
- Product delivery time;
- The participant's consent to the wording of the organizer's agreement, signing the agreement without a protocol of disagreements (the official confirmation must be uploaded to the ETP);
- Fixing the price for the entire delivery period from the moment of participation in the procedure to the moment of delivery of the goods at the customer's warehouse (official confirmation must be uploaded to the ETP).
5. The products must be delivered in accordance with the stated requirements (both the requirements of the regulatory documentation and the additional requirements of the customer, agreed by the parties).
This procedure for requesting proposals is not a competition and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 of Part one of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061 of Part Two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this request for proposals procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the customer.
This request for proposals is not an offer (public offer) of the organizer. The Organizer has the right to refuse to conduct the purchase at any time from the date of its announcement, including after the deadline for accepting applications.
