To participate in this trading procedure, applicants must provide:
1. Commercial offer (the template is attached to the bidding).
2. The balance sheet of the organization for the last 2 calendar years.
3. Reference sheet, in case of lack of experience with Rusagro Group (the template is attached to the bidding).
4. Consent of the taxpayer (payer of insurance premiums) on recognition of information constituting tax secrecy public and receipt for acceptance of this consent of the Federal Tax Service. https://www.nalog.ru/rn68/fl/interest/tax_secrecy/
5. Participation in the tender means the consent of the participants to sign as annexes to the contract without making changes:
- tax clause (attached to bidding);
- consent to the disclosure of trade secrets (attached to the bidding);
- sanction clause (attached to bidding).
6. In order to conclude a contract, the participant must ensure the provision of a full package of statutory documents in accordance with Appendix No. 1
