1) The submitted application for participation must be accompanied by a TCH with attachments and contain key information on the scope of services provided (consolidated estimate), conditions and terms of services.
2) Please attach the wording of the service agreement.
3) The TCH is supplemented by documents confirming the possibility of providing these services (SRO, certificates, passports, etc.).

GENERAL INFORMATION:
This RFP procedure does not constitute a tender and is not subject to Articles 447-449 of the Part I of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this request for proposals procedure does not impose on the customer an appropriate amount of civil obligations.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
