Attach a detailed specification and technical characteristics to the application for participation (IMPORTANT! The proposal will not be considered without performance characteristics)
Willingness of the spacecraft to provide the proposed equipment for testing within one week (if it was not provided earlier)
CA's consent to sign the standard form of the contract (in the attachment) and to work through EDF (instructions are attached)
Other requirements and clarifications (adds the initiator if necessary):
Delivery to the Customer's DC according to distribution based on orders by the spacecraft and at its expense. Distribution in file Targeted delivery
When submitting an offer, be sure to attach detailed technical specifications (IMPORTANT! Without technical specifications, the offer is not considered)

The customer reserves the right to divide the volumes according to the production capacities of the competitors.
