2. Purpose of the works
Currently, at the OTC stand (electrode resistivity measurement stand), the electrode length is measured manually by roulette.
In order to increase the reliability of measurements and eliminate the human factor, it is necessary to equip the OTC stand with digital indication of the length of the electrodes.

4. Scope of work:
4.1. Requirements for supplied equipment
• Equip the OTC stand with measurement and display of electrodes length, with measuring system resolution — 0.1 mm.
• The equipment shall operate in the presence of conductive dust, ensure ease of operation and maintenance.
• Measure the length of the electrodes with an absolute error of not more than 1 mm. (the error value is determined when measuring the metal caliber) .$
• Measurement of electrodes length shall be carried out in parallel (simultaneously) with the main technological processes of the OTC stand.
• To measure the length of electrodes of all sizes for which the resistivity measurement is carried out on the OTC stand.
4.2. List of works
• Installation of angular displacement transducers
• Installing the Digital Display Console
• Assembly of the articulation unit
• Mounting of the track switch or final lever contact.
• Gasket of sleeve metal outer diameter: up to 48 mm
• Tightening of the wire into the laid pipes and metal sleeves of the first single-core or multi-core in the common braid, total section: up to 2.5 mm2
• Installation and connection of cables or wires with a section of up to 10 mm2
• Connection to electrical wiring devices under screw with tip end
• Commissioning of the contactless sensor
• Commissioning of the mechanical contact sensor with the number of control circuits: up to 2
• Commissioning of the scheme of formation of the signaling area (technological)
