Ranking of bids

Auto-extension

Mandatory conditions for
the equivalent Contractual counterparty: It is possible to submit alternative proposals for several models of the same that meet the requirements of the Requirements Specification
Mandatory application of detailed specifications/ TTX
Equipment is allowed for delivery in accordance with the Requirements Specification and successfully tested on the customer's territory.
The ability to change the volume by plus/minus 30% according to the terms of the specification
Payment terms - deferral of 60 cal.days from the date of delivery/provision of the service
Willingness to provide equipment for testing free of charge within 7 calendar days from the date of request
Delivery of equipment by and at the expense of the Supplier to the warehouse of the Kolomna Shopping Center
Contractual counterparty's consent to the signing of the standard form of the contract of JSC Tander (in the attachment) and to work through EDI/EDO
Fixing the price for at least 1 year without reference to the volume of services
The equipment is guaranteed for at least 12 months
The Commercial Proposal is provided in rubles.
Delivery address: Kolomna RC (Moscow region, Kolomnensky district, Parfentievo village, industrial zone, p. 1)
Delivery of equipment is required by May 2024.
It is necessary to specify the mass-dimensional characteristics of packages and the number of equipment on pallets
Only one legal entity can participate in the tender procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. Otherwise is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for withdrawing all affiliated Bidders from the competition.
