Ranking of bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

- ESTIMATE calculation for each section of the Project
- participant's reference list
- any official documentation and information about the Participant, confirming a high degree of his readiness to fulfill the Customer's Terms of Reference with the highest quality, promptly and with a quality guarantee.
