Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
Payment within 60 (sixty) calendar days * (* when purchasing in accordance with subparagraph "a" of paragraph 4 of the Regulations, approved by By Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of 11.12.2014 No. 1352, payment for the delivered goods under the Agreement, based on the results of the purchase with a small and medium-sized business entity, is made within 15 (fifteen) working days) from the date of signing the Acceptance Certificate.
