Dear gentlemen,
This competitive procedure for the prior selection of the Contractor shall be directed in accordance with the Tender Promoter's Tender Rules as part of the Commercial Request Procedure which (like the Contractor's pre-selection procedure itself) is not an offer, auction or tender and is not governed by Art. 447-449 Part 1 and 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Ledicter RF.
Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil liability on the Organizer and reserves the right to withdraw from all Proposals received for any cause or terminate the selection process at any time without giving any reason, without any liability to the Participants.
To participate in the tender, the following package of documents must be sent via ETP www.b2b-center.ru, and there is no provision for consideration of applications without these documents.
1. Official letter from the prospective supplier (Applicant) stating that there are no circumstances preventing participation in the tender (COMPLETED APPENDIX _Application).
2. Extract from EGRUL (from EGRIP for IP) with issuance date no later than 10 days prior to the date of application for admission to tender
3. Passport copy (page 2, 3, registration address) for the IP
4. Taxpayer's (insurance premiums) consent to the recognition of tax secret information publicly available (KPD Form 1110058)
5. Statement on the status of payments with the budget received under the TCS (no later than 1 month before the contract date; allowable debt not exceeding 100,000 r)
6. Consent to store and use personal data
Your offer must expire at least 90 (ninety) days from the date of receipt of your offer. If a contract is entered into with your company during the term of the offer, your offer period remains unchanged until the contract is fulfilled.
1. The Tender Promoter reserves the right to select multiple winners by dividing, at its sole discretion and without explanation, among several potential competitive bidders procedures.
2. Organization/documentation that does not comply with the requirements and forms specified in the Notice, the Promoter may reject without explanation and recognize the documentation and, accordingly, the Applicant shall not in accordance with the requirements of this competition procedure.
3. A visit to the site to see the scope of work is MANDATORY. It is necessary to visit the factory and meet with the Customer's representatives, the contacts are specified in the Technical Assignment.
4. Competitive procedure involves directly bidding and filling in all additional bid fields. APPLICANTS are selected based on the documentation provided. The offer must be uploaded before the end of the bidding date.
5. Prices must be VAT excluded and include all Contractor's work costs and Contractor's remuneration.
6. Payment will be made in rubles after at least 21 (twenty-one) calendar days expire on the Customer's first billing day (working Monday and Wednesday) after the completion of the work and signing of the Acts transmissions. Please note that any advance must be provided by Bank Guarantee (not welcome). Standard penalties of 2.5% per week.
7. The winning bidder (s) shall be approved by the Chairman of the Tender Committee, based on the results of all cumulative factors (price, deferred payment, available/no advance, guarantee, Rusagro standard terms, timing of work, no impediments to contract performance, quality and completeness of documentation provided).
8. All trades for Rusagro counterparties on B2B ETP are free. EDC is not required at this time.
