Payment terms:1. Advance payment:
1.1. Without advance payment.
1.2. Advance payment of no more than 30% of the amount for the first reporting month of the provision of services (yes/no) - specify the exact amount of the advance/% from the amount for the first reporting month in rubles, including VAT.
2. Offset of the advance in the first reporting period in full 100% volume / or the schedule of offset of the advance issued by an additional agreement to the Contract with an indication of the % deduction (select the option - fill in)
* If the amount of work actually performed during the reporting period will not be enough to offset the advance payment, for the amount not covered in the specified reporting period in the period of the advance payment, interest is accrued for the use of other people's funds in the amount of 1/365 of the key rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation for each day of delay.
3. Conditions of payment for the work performed (not earlier than 15 (fifteen) working days) after the signing of the Act of acceptance of services by the Parties without comments.
