Ranking of bids

Auto-extension

Dear Bidders!

Mandatory conditions:
• Payment procedure and terms - in accordance with the conditions specified in the description (name) of the lot


• The term of work is 10 months.
The order and schedule of work must be coordinated with the customer.

• The estimated start date of the project implementation is from the date the Contractor receives a written notification from the Customer about the start of the provision of services under the Contract.

• The type of activity of the organization must correspond to the declared lot.

• The need for accreditation in JSC "Tander" for the performance of works on construction control to review the results of the tender and further work

• The level of responsibility of the SRO at the time of conclusion of the Contract should correspond to the cost of the work performed.

• Consent to the terms of the contract and the financing procedure.

• The original Contract signed by the counterparty must be received by the Customer no later than 7 calendar days from the date of sending the specified document to the Contractor

• It is necessary to provide information about the inclusion of the employee in the national register of certificates in the field of construction (NOSTROY). (in accordance with the Requirements Specification, paragraph 5.4)

• Organizations performing work under the main contract for the SMR at this facility (including as subcontractors) cannot participate in the tender for construction and laboratory control

• The validity period of the Commercial Proposal is at least 1 month

• If a Bidder does not provide a complete package of documents upon request, proposals from such Bidders will not be considered and additional requests for missing documentation will not be sent

• Providing an extract from the legal entity assessment service. (In the taxpayer's Personal Workspace, in the "how the tax service sees me" section, using the "Assessment of legal Entities" service).

• Mandatory completion of the Application 6.3. Bidder card for non-accredited Contractual counterparty

• It is mandatory to provide a package of documents for accreditation, for non-accredited contractual counterparties (According to the file "Documents for Contractual Counterparty for accreditation")

Other requirements:

• Affiliated (related) persons cannot participate in the procurement procedure at the same time.
Otherwise, it is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for withdrawing all affiliated Bidders from participation in the procurement procedure.

• The number of employees at the facility is determined on the basis of the hours plan approved by the Customer by the specialists of the construction control service for the month following the reporting one. The rest is without comment

• According to the results of the competition, it is possible to appoint a reserve counterparty.
Criteria for the transition from the main counterparty to the reserve counterparty: non-fulfillment of the terms of the agreement by the main counterparty, refusal of the main counterparty to sign the agreement.
Switching to a backup counterparty is possible before signing the access certificate / acceptance certificate of the construction site.
The appointment of the Company as a reserve will be carried out only with the prior consent of the counterparty with the designation of the possible transition period (provision of a letter of guarantee from Contractual Counterparty).
