The search for contractors is in progress:
Requirements for Milling / Turning Contractors
• You need a contractor who can make small parts (long side up to 100mm) and large parts (up to 350mm long side). In the main 3-axis machine, but there are a number of 5-axis parts, i.e. the presence of a 5-coordinate machine is very desirable.
• The required accuracy can be estimated from examples of parts, but in general - up to 0.01 mm, and in some cases the accuracy can be a subject of discussion.
• Our volumes are dozens of pieces, the order is made in batches, the batch size will be specified, at the moment we are considering 20 sets of parts.
• We are looking for a contractor who is ready to work with complex tasks, open to dialogue
• It is desirable that the contractor himself make the galvanic coatings or have the necessary partners for this and we receive ready-made parts.
Bending / laser cutting
• Parts made of aluminum and stainless steel, the shape is both simple and very complex.
• Some parts require processing after bending (tapping, countersinking, and a few parts with milling).
• There are parts that will require the manufacture of some kind of equipment.
• Coating on the side of the contractor.
