Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:1. Payment 100% on the fact of shipment within 15 calendar days
2. Payment of 100% on the fact of arrival of the Tmsc to the buyer's warehouse within 15 calendar days
Delivery terms:1. The price shall be specified on Ex-Works basis, Supplier's warehouse, the location of the shipment warehouse shall be specified.

2. For each cargo place with the tmsc, a packing list with a description of the goods and with indication of the quantity should be attached. (Mandatory condition)

3. Warranty terms for the tmsc must begin to operate at least from the date of receipt of the tmsc by the customer or from the moment of entering the tmsc into operation (one of the proposed options is mandatory).

2. If your company is a manufacturer or dealer of products, you must provide the relevant supporting documents

3. Please provide the prices in the form of a commercial offer, in which all conditions and terms of delivery must be spelled out.

4. If you provide your offer you will also automatically agree to the form of our framework contract

5. Please note that this request is not a notice of the competition (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by art. 447 – 449, 1 of the Russian Civil Code, art. 1057 – 1061, 2 of the Russian Civil Code. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil obligations on the Customer, and the Customer reserves the right to refuse all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability before the participants.
Venue of the bidding procedure: This procedure is held electronically at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru). Participants’ proposals shall be sent in the form of e-document signed by digital signature.
