Comments: 1. Read the terms of the tender set out in the Invitation to participate in the tender (see the downloaded files).
2. Submit the required set of documents (see the Invitation to participate in the tender in the uploaded files).
3. It is necessary to attach a KP with a signature and seal + a declaration of conformity for the material, a specification for the material and a test report.
4. Fill in the specification for analogs for analogs (see the downloaded files)
5.Pay attention to the weight of the primary packaging - BB for RA-Saratov, RA-Atkarsk, SAPP and kraft bags for EZHK, PS (see the technical specification in the uploaded files).
6.On-site testing conditions for materials that have not yet been approved on-site:
• The material must comply with the technical specifications.
• The presence of the supplier during the tests is mandatory. According to the test results, representatives of the production site together with the supplier draw up a test report.
• Delivery of the first OPP in the amount of 5 tons (for RA-Saratov 2t) for testing, depending on the availability of the number of approved analogues. Provided that on the site:
- non-alternative supplier/material - price with 10% discount from the tender price;
- two approved suppliers/materials - price with 20% discount from the tender price;
- three/four approved suppliers/materials - delivery is carried out free of charge (1 rub/ton).
• The second OPP in the amount of 20 tons is delivered at tender prices, provided that there is no alternative supplier on the site. In other cases, the second OPP is provided with a discount of at least 10% of the tender prices.
• The third OPP (if necessary) is carried out in the amount of the monthly demand of the site at tender prices.
• In case of unsuccessful tests of the second and subsequent OPP, the supplier, on the basis of the Test Report, is obliged to compensate for the losses incurred by the production site during the tests and to remove the remaining material on its own and at its own expense.
• Provided that the supplier refuses to sign the Act of Testing and compensation for losses, the information is recorded in the form of a memo and transmitted to the Security Service and to the B2B site to exclude the possibility of participation of this supplier in tenders for the MFN.
